The Maintenance Technician owns preventative and corrective maintenance for production equipment and facility systems in an industrial environment. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to improve uptime and reliability. The role involves equipment repair, basic PLC troubleshooting, welding and fabrication, and CMMS documentation in a hands-on, team-focused setting. You will work onsite in City Of Industry and contribute to a safe, collaborative maintenance culture that supports continuous production. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to maximize uptime.
  • 2Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on machinery to minimize downtime.
  • 3Root cause analysis (RCA) to identify failure origins and implement corrective actions.
  • 4Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical components in an industrial setting.
  • 5Support electrical systems including basic PLC troubleshooting and automation equipment.
  • 6Read diagrams and follow procedures to complete tasks accurately.
  • 7Weld and fabricate to repair or reinforce equipment and structures when needed.
  • 8Repair and service tools to keep maintenance operations efficient and safe.
  • 9Document maintenance activities in CMMS systems and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
  • 10Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to address equipment issues in a team environment.

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • 2Strong ability to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
  • 3Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • 4Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
  • 5Ability to perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
  • 6Comfort reading basic diagrams and maintenance procedures.
  • 7Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment.
  • 8Exposure to conveyors, motors, and gearboxes.
  • 9Familiarity with PLC systems and basic PLC troubleshooting in automation environments.
  • 10Knowledge of CMMS for tracking work orders and maintenance history.
