Overview

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a manufacturing facility at scale. Own electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems to minimize downtime and keep operations safe. Work with engineering and production teams to implement improvements and ensure reliability. This role offers hands-on maintenance across shifts and opportunities to grow with CMMS documentation and process upgrades.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
  • 2Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using diagnostic tools.
  • 3Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to guide repairs.
  • 4Troubleshoot PLCs and industrial control systems to resolve equipment issues.
  • 5Maintain HVAC/R systems and facility equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
  • 6Document work orders and maintenance history in CMMS for traceability.
  • 7Calibrate and align equipment and perform precision measurements as needed.
  • 8Weld and fabricate components for equipment repairs and upgrades.
  • 9Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Requirements10

  • 1Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 2Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance skills
  • 3Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
  • 4Hands-on experience with PLCs and industrial control systems
  • 5Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R, and low-voltage electrical systems
  • 6Experience using electrical diagnostic and precision measurement equipment
  • 7Welding and fabrication experience preferred
  • 8CMMS experience preferred
  • 9Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • 10Ability to work independently and collaboratively with production, engineering, and maintenance teams
