- 1Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled quarterly and seasonal maintenance tasks
- 2HVAC System Check and Filter Replacement - Quarterly
- 3Change Smoke Detector Batteries - Quarterly
- 4Irrigation Settings - Seasonal
- 5Respond Promptly to Service Requests from Residents
- 6Diagnose and Repair Minor and Major Maintenance Issues
- 7Notify Service Coordinators Immediately if Unable to Complete Repairs
- 8Make Ready: Complete Move Out Inspections and Move In Orientations
- 9Ensure Homes Are Ready for Market Meeting Quality Expectations
- 10Emergency Response: Available for Emergency Maintenance Calls During Work Hours or After Hours
- 11Provide Immediate Response to Urgent Situations Like Water Leaks Power Outages HVAC Failures
- 12Maintain Accurate Records of All Maintenance Activities Including Work Orders Materials Used Hours Worked
- 13Provide Detailed Reporting to Coordinators on Completed Tasks and Outstanding Issues
- 14Interact Professionally with Residents Addressing Their Concerns
- 15Adhere to Safety Protocols and Guidelines
- 16Monitor and Request Necessary Supplies Tools Equipment
- 17Ensure Inventory is Well Maintained and Organized
- 18Work Closely with Other Departments to Coordinate Maintenance Activities
- 19Highlight Technology Skills with Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 20Hold CPC Card BCBA Certification
- 21Possess 5+ Years Experience Building ETL Pipelines with Spark and Airflow

- 2Strong Background in Residential Construction and Remodeling Multiple Trades
- 3Valid Texas Driver License Valid Insurance Reliable Transportation

- 5Knowledgeable of Codes Municipal By-Laws Inspection Estimating Planning
