What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in start up seasonal operation general operation and closing of all facilities
- 2Help with special event setups and repairs of machinery and equipment
- 3Maintain cleanliness and repair of all facilities
- 4Perform custodial duties
- 5Support swimming pool operation using provided training
- 6Handle basic cleaning chemicals and toxic substances safely
- 7Operate office equipment and manage schedules
- 8Drive vehicles for routine tasks and emergency response
- 9Scale cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- 10Drive equipment for inventory management and supply distribution
- 11Lead teams during peak times and coordinate staff
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2One year facilities maintenance experience preferred
- 3Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- 4Pesticide technician license desired
- 5Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- 6Knowledge of indoor skating rink operation
- 7Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- 8Experience with common cleaning chemicals
- 9Interpersonal skills for teamwork and supervision
- 10Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- 11Commitment to safety protocols and chemical handling
