Overview
The Maintenance Planner leads preventive and reactive maintenance scheduling while collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted client operations. This role focuses on optimizing equipment reliability and up‑time through strategic CMMS management and automated reporting.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own the planning and scheduling of all Preventive Maintenance activities and coordinate repairs
- 2Partner with suppliers to schedule support for critical environments
- 3Maintain expertise with the CMMS platform and develop automated performance reports
- 4Analyze engineering metrics and drive improvements via data‑driven insights
- 5Provide training on CMMS systems for field and back‑office teams
- 6Manage server and database operations to sustain high system availability
- 7Implement automated data reporting for client performance analysis
- 8Collaborate with software developers to maximize system capabilities
- 9Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices and regulatory standards
Requirements9
- 1High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2Minimum 5 years experience in technical customer service support
- 3Proven experience with SQL Server
- 4Experience implementing a Computerized Maintenance Management System
- 5Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 6Ability to travel as needed
- 7Associate’s Degree preferred
- 8Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations preferred
- 9Valid US work authorization
