We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support facility operations at our Denver location. This role focuses on inspecting and maintaining mechanical electrical and plumbing systems while collaborating with engineers to ensure optimal building performance. What You'll Do11
- 1Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical electrical plumbing systems and equipment
- 2Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting client occupancy and operations
- 3Handle interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures installing keyboard trays and repairing office furniture
- 4Replace lighting ballasts clean HVAC coils change filters and replace belts
- 5Move office furniture machinery and materials as requested
- 6Update work order status in real time using CMMS systems like Corrigo
- 7Complete hazard assessments and maintain compliance with safety procedures and local codes
- 8Climb ladders up to thirty feet and lift up to eighty pounds
- 9Work in various indoor and outdoor environments
- 10Lead projects that improve building efficiency and tenant satisfaction
- 11Drive initiatives that enhance operational reliability
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 22-4 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance basic plumbing and basic electrical
- 3Proficiency with CMMS software such as Corrigo
- 4Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- 5Demonstrated ability to follow safety training and comply with regulations
- 6Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical facilities
- 7Valid driver's license
- 8Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
- 9Willingness to relocate to Thornton, CO if necessary
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 11Excellent problem solving skills
