What You'll Do8
- 1Assist engineering team with maintenance and repair of building systems

- 3Complete work orders in CMMS and maintain service documentation

Requirements6
- 11-2 years related work experience in repair maintenance HVAC plumbing electrical carpentry
- 2Desirable prior experience in trade schools military or college
- 3Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb 30 foot ladders
- 4Strong climbing bending kneeling lifting driving abilities
- 5Customer service skills for client interactions
- 6Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
