Overview
Own maintenance of all industrial equipment at scale, ensuring constant operation across conveyors, packaging lines, and filling systems. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyors, photo eye sensors, packaging equipment, labelers, and cappers to sustain continuous production.
- 2Diagnose equipment issues and implement technical solutions to minimize downtime and improve line efficiency.
- 3Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and 3-phase systems to restore equipment promptly.
- 4Participate in manufacturing process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
- 5Prepare and document maintenance activities in CMMS and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Prefer 3+ years working in a GMP environment
- 3Minimum 5 years related manufacturing experience in an FDA facility preferred
- 41+ years of industrial maintenance experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and 3-phase motors
- 5Comfortable with precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, and multimeters
