What You'll Do8
- 1Build and operate Flexo folder gluer machinery to achieve ≥85% run-time efficiency and ≤1.2% waste
- 2Verify print registration slot alignment and glue integrity on first piece
- 3Complete setups within standard time using pre-staged tooling
- 4Check print density ink viscosity and color consistency hourly
- 5Inspect bundle count folds and overall box quality throughout runs
- 6Record causes for idle time >5 minutes and lead first-level troubleshooting
- 7Clean anilox rolls during downtime prepare next ink set confirm die change readiness
- 8Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce changeover loss
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing production systems
- 35+ years experience with data tools
- 4Minimum age 18 years old
- 5High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6Basic computer/data entry skills required
- 7Solid understanding of safety quality and production controls
