What You'll Do11

- 10Train new operators at Level C
- 11Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in manufacturing
- 3High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 4Willing to work a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely
- 6Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- 7Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- 8Strong adherence to OSHA and SQF requirements
- 9Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and 5S principles
- 10Basic knowledge of PLCs and HMI interfaces
- 11Basic computer skills for data entry and machine control
