- 1Set up and operate machinery to manufacture custom products meeting quality standards
- 2Record material usage in ERP system and complete required process documentation
- 3Implement quality control procedures using quality checks and inspections
- 4Perform packaging and labeling using Easy Label programs on Zebra printers
- 5Take photos and create process drawings when job processes differ from Job Jacket
- 6Adhere to production schedule and report discrepancies to the Production Supervisor
- 7Maintain machines through routine maintenance tasks
- 8Contribute to creating and improving processes within the Strouse Quality Management System
- 9Follow 5S principles and protocol for each press
- 10Document and improve operational efficiencies based on feedback
- 11Travel primarily within North America with occasional out-of-state assignments
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons mechanical experience
- 3High School Diploma or GED
- 4Computer Proficiency: Basic Data Entry Skills
- 5Mechanical Experience with machine operation
- 6Tight Tolerances experience
- 7Various Measuring Instruments proficiency
- 8Video Measurement Machines familiarity
