We seek a skilled Machine Operator to lead production on blow-mold PET and injection molding equipment in Chicago. This role drives quality and efficiency while supporting cross-functional teamwork. What You'll Do11
- 1Operate blow-mold PET and injection molding machines to produce high-quality bottles
- 2Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- 3Conduct bottle inspections and quality checks throughout production
- 4Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with GMP standards
- 5Monitor material inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- 6Document daily production reports and prepare maintenance requests
- 7Assist Lead Operators and supervisors with complex problems
- 8Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- 9Adjust equipment settings to meet product specifications
- 10Ensure proper labeling and packaging according to customer requirements
- 11Move finished goods to designated areas and prepare documentation
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years operating blow-mold or injection molding equipment
- 3Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 4Certified in CPC Card or BCBA
- 5Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
