Overview
We seek a skilled Machine Operator to lead production in our Atlanta facility. The ideal candidate will own equipment operation and ensure quality across rotating shifts. This role offers a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact operational success.
What You'll Do11
- 1Operate production equipment and monitor quality metrics
- 2Adapt to changing priorities to meet production goals
- 3Perform independent quality inspections on manufactured products
- 4Collaborate with operators supervisors and technicians to maintain workflow efficiency
- 5Transfer critical information between shifts
- 6Maintain an organized work area
- 7Attend scheduled meetings and complete required training
- 8Follow strict safety protocols at all times
- 9Stand walk bend knee stoop and crouch throughout the shift
- 10Lift 40 pounds and use hand and power tools effectively
- 11Work rotating evening shifts from 5:45pm to 6am
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in manufacturing environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified experience mandatory
- 6Physical stamina to lift 40 pounds and operate machinery safely
