What You'll Do11
- 1Independently operate and adjust packaging and manufacturing machinery ensuring equipment is ready for startup at the beginning of each shift
- 2Monitor and maintain machinery for safe efficient continuous operation including sprayers blankets plates printers conveyors and related production equipment
- 3Understand printer labeler and HP sensor functions and perform routine adjustments or troubleshooting to maintain performance
- 4Clear jams and resolve minor issues involving printers hot presses incline conveyors and other manufacturing equipment
- 5Respond promptly to molding machine alarms and address missing product conditions
- 6Perform quality assurance checks and maintain accurate production records including product weight specifications and press and printer settings
- 7Proactively identify potential machine or equipment issues that could cause downtime product defects or material scrap and take corrective action
- 8Report equipment malfunctions maintenance concerns and safety hazards to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
- 9Transfer products between machines and workstations while maintaining quality and workflow efficiency
- 10Follow company safety policies procedures and required training
- 11Maintain a clean organized hazard free work area and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in packaging operations
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified relevant experience
- 55+ years assembling precision components using CNC machinery
- 63-5 years managing inventory systems with SAP
- 72-4 years implementing automation solutions with Robotic Process Automation
- 81 year familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- 94+ years overseeing shift teams in high volume environments
- 105 years optimizing production lines using Six Sigma methodologies
