What You'll Do6
- 1Build and supervise direct nursing care for residents and daily CNA activities to ensure quality outcomes
- 2Lead under the DON to maintain compliance with current state, federal, and local standards
- 3Partner with the care team to maintain high census and strong clinical metrics
- 4Drive resident safety and comfort through accurate documentation and timely interventions
- 5Own ongoing professional development, staying in good standing with PA licensing and CPR certification
- 6Ship care plans and education to align with facility policies and regulatory requirements

- 1Current, unencumbered PA nursing license
- 2CPR certification
- 3Experience with PCC preferred
- 4Ability to complete required continuing education and licensing requirements
