What You'll Do6
- 1Build and supervise direct nursing care for residents on 2nd shift
- 2Ensure adherence to state, federal, and local standards under DON supervision
- 3Oversee CNA daily activities to maintain quality of care
- 4Document and communicate resident status and changes in care plans
- 5Participate in continuous education/licensing maintenance and stay in good standing
- 6Collaborate with clinical teams to uphold safety and quality metrics
Requirements9
- 1Current PA nursing license (RN/LPN) in good standing
- 2Current CPR certification
- 3Experience with PCC preferred
- 4Ability to maintain required continuing education/licensing
- 5Strong clinical and therapy team collaboration
- 6Onsite availability for 2nd shift at South Hills Post Acute
- 7Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- 8COVID-19 vaccination status as required by policy
- 9Bilingual or additional certifications a bonus
