Overview
LPN role supporting resident care across a 150-bed post-acute facility with hands-on supervision of CNAs. You will provide direct nursing care under the DON and ensure adherence to state and federal standards. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and supervise direct nursing care for residents and oversee CNA day-to-day activities
- 2Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards under the DON guidance
- 3Deliver high-quality nursing care during the 1st shift and support PRN opportunities within the network
- 4Respond to resident needs promptly and document care plans and outcomes
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and progress
Requirements5
- 1Current PA nursing license in good standing
- 2Current CPR certification
- 3Experience with PCC preferred
- 4Ability to maintain continuing education/licensing requirements
- 5Onsite availability in Pittsburgh, PA
