What You'll Do22

  • 1Receive raw materials by rail and truck
  • 2Transfer products between tanks railcars and trucks
  • 3Load and ship finished products by railcar and truck
  • 4Memorize complete piping and instrumentation diagrams for the logistics operation
  • 5Follow proper pumping procedures to transfer products
  • 6Collect product samples and deliver to Quality department for laboratory testing
  • 7Complete shipping manifests weigh rail cars and perform shipping transactions
  • 8Operate TrackMobile to move railcars
  • 9Perform inventory measurements as required
  • 10Support company principles of Safety Compliance Quality and Cost
  • 11Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Practices
  • 12Know OSHA and Federal Railroad Administration regulations
  • 13Identify hazards and implement safety actions
  • 14Perform Lock Out Tag Out as needed
  • 15Complete safety training within required timeframe
  • 16Conduct regular safety inspections
  • 17Communicate safety issues with Logistics Supervisor
  • 18Shut down pumping equipment during emergencies
  • 19Maintain clean work area using power washers mixed tools and shovels

Requirements10

  • 1High school education or equivalent
  • 2Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
  • 3Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience preferably in a refinery
  • 4Ability to obtain TWIC certification
  • 5Frequent walking standing lifting pushing and carrying objects up to 50 lbs
  • 6Regular climbing stairs and ladders reaching heights up to 80 feet
  • 7Experience connecting steam hoses with 150 pound steam temperature over 300 degrees Fahrenheit
  • 8Participation in confined space entries
  • 9Physical ability to inspect mixers pumps located 12-14 ft below elevated tank platforms
  • 10Work in all weather conditions
