What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the unloading receiving and staging of inbound shipments to maximize productivity
- 2Train and mentor associates on standard operating procedures including shipping receiving picking and quality control
- 3Oversee order loading and ensure accurate documentation and door/trailer matching
- 4Monitor quality control by verifying products meet standards and reporting discrepancies
- 5Direct warehouse team to achieve productivity targets and assist with labor scheduling and payroll hours
- 6Maintain safe clean and organized work areas and ensure compliance with ISO OSHA and company policies
- 7Prepare activity reports for site management and participate in safety and quality meetings
- 8Interpret and enforce procedures to minimize non conformities and drive continuous improvement
- 9Operate and supervise use of MHE and ensure forklift certification is current
- 10Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to support service goals
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 21 year experience in logistics distribution or related environment
- 3Ability to operate MHE and work in varied warehouse temperatures
- 4Forklift training certification and ability to obtain recertification
- 5Basic computer skills and proficiency with RF scanners and WMS
- 6Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- 7Effective communication and teamwork skills
- 8Willingness to work evenings and weekends and overtime as needed
- 9Prior forklift experience and preferred 2-4 years in warehouse/logistics
