You will lead a QA team, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, and drive continual improvement across inbound and outbound operations. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead QA team and assign work schedules to maintain quality standards
- 2Monitor QMS implementation and report effectiveness through audits and metrics
- 3Facilitate QA training for new and existing associates
- 4Review documents for accuracy and legibility and coordinate with Ops Performance and Process Improvement teams
- 5Lead development of QMS documentation and ensure regulatory compliance across FDA, DEA, ATF and state requirements
- 6Coordinate QA license, permit and registration activities as directed
- 7Perform daily quality assurance activities and support management requests
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2Forklift operator certificate within 30 days or forklift training completed
- 3Associate degree or equivalent preferred
- 41-3 years experience in inspecting, auditing or quality control
- 5Experience with Blue Yonder WMS and Microsoft Excel
