Overview

Own QA inspections and process monitoring across the product lifecycle from raw materials to packaged goods. Lead product attribute checks, weight/label verification, and non-conformance reporting to uphold GMP and HACCP standards. Collaborate with QA team within Tolleson Arizona to ensure targeted quality levels and food safety compliance. This role emphasizes hands-on testing, documentation, and process control data collection in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and perform product inspections from start of process to packaged product ensuring GMP and HACCP compliance
  • 2Monitor net weight, package labeling, and attribute verification to meet quality targets
  • 3Collect product samples and generate non-conformance and attribute reports
  • 4Document process control data using paperwork or tablet technology
  • 5Enforce GMP and CCP adherence and participate in QA team meetings
  • 6Conduct GMP and quality-based audits and document findings
  • 7Assist in non-conformance investigations and follow up on corrective actions
  • 8Maintain accurate QA records and file paperwork daily
  • 9Train team members on QA procedures and quality controls
  • 10Support any shift as needed to ensure ongoing quality assurance

Requirements10

  • 1Regularly lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • 2Experience with USDA/FDA preferred
  • 3Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 4Ability to work in a team environment
  • 5Understanding of Food Safety and HACCP principles
  • 6Working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • 7Must be able to work any shift as needed
  • 8Ability to train and teach others
  • 9Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • 10Onsite role in Tolleson, Arizona
