Overview
Own the end-to-end shipment tracking for Food/Meat products at scale within a contract-to-hire role in Salt Lake City. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and coordinate sales shipments and orders for Food/Meat products to ensure on-time delivery and accurate records.
- 2Collaborate with sales representatives, vendors, and government departments to align shipping and receiving with regulatory requirements.
- 3Track shipment details, client information, and status using internal systems and Oracle to maintain visibility.
- 4Compile original documents for international tracking to support customs and cross-border approvals.
- 5Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal controls across shipments.
Requirements7
- 1Administrative support experience in logistics or related fields.
- 2Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel.
- 3Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- 4Ability to juggle multiple tasks with high accuracy.
- 52-3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, inventory, or transportation; international shipping experience is a plus.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field or 1 year removed from college with related degree
- 7Experience with importing and exporting products is a plus
