
Logistics Client Support Representative (Korean Bilingual)
Overview
Own customer support and shipment coordination for OEC Group, a leading NVOCC freight forwarder, handling high-volume data entry and client communication. You will manage bookings, provide quotations, and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring smooth freight movement from origin to destination. What You'll Do7
- 1Create internal customer profiles in CargoWise to provide departments with detailed customer information.
- 2Provide quotations and use best judgment to guide customers toward suitable logistics solutions.
- 3Coordinate with customers and departments to ensure smooth freight movement, offering tracking and shipment updates.
- 4Build excellent customer relationships via phone and email, addressing special requests and inquiries.
- 5Send new shipment bookings and validate ocean/air bookings from origin to destination, ensuring satisfaction.
- 6Manage daily emails and calls from customers and offices, directing questions to the correct department as needed.
- 7Handle high-volume data entry with accuracy and speed.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of import freight forwarding experience preferred.
- 2Fluency in Korean required, both verbal and written.
- 3Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- 4Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
- 5Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
- 6Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST.
