Overview
Responsible for supporting labor and employment litigation at scale in Los Angeles. Own document management, court filing, and discovery coordination to enable attorneys to pursue cases efficiently. Join a collaborative team focused on wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and class and PAGA matters. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and manage pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and motion practice across federal and state courts
- 2Organize and file documents with PACER/ECF and administrative agencies, ensuring compliance with rules
- 3Prepare witness binders, exhibits, and logistics for trials and arbitrations to support attorneys
- 4Coordinate document collection, review, and production with databases and spreadsheets for tracking
- 5Support arbitration, mediation, and NLRB-related matters including panel research and rule compliance
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 25+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferably in labor and employment law
- 3Working knowledge of federal and state court filing procedures and PACER/ECF
- 4Experience supporting employment-related discovery including personnel files and payroll records
- 5Strong research, drafting, and document management skills
Salary Insight
$80 - $160k per year
