Overview
Nadine Bocelli & Company, Inc. seeks a Litigation Paralegal to lead downtown Manhattan team. This non-exempt position offers $85K-$130K salary plus comprehensive benefits hybrid schedule 3 days in office 2 remote.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own complex plaintiff labor & employment litigation cases
- 2Design and implement case management systems using Spark and Airflow
- 3Ship documents and coordinate with external vendors
- 4Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time
- 5Mentor junior staff on documentation standards
- 6Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
- 7Analyze case metrics to identify trends
- 8Collaborate with attorneys on settlement strategies
- 9Ensure compliance with court filing deadlines
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high volume litigation workloads
- 3Certified Paralegal credentials preferred
- 4Proficiency in AWS cloud platforms
- 5Excellent organizational abilities
- 6Strong analytical mindset
- 7Experience with React for internal tools
- 8Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment
- 9Knowledge of BCBA certification standards
- 10Ability to work independently
