Overview
We seek a Litigation Paralegal with 2-5 years of experience to support plaintiff securities litigation teams. This role drives case preparation and supports attorneys across multiple high-profile matters.
What You'll Do5
- 1Assist attorneys in all phases of securities litigation including cite checking fact checking and proofreading legal documents
- 2Conduct legal and factual research to develop case facts
- 3Manage document review and e-discovery using platforms like Relativity or Everlaw
- 4Support marketing efforts by completing RFPs from government entities
- 5Coordinate and track complex motion filings in federal and state courts
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's degree required with proven litigation experience
- 32-5 years experience in securities antitrust or complex class actions
- 4Must be willing to work in-office three days weekly
- 5No excessive job hopping genuine interest in plaintiff-side work
Salary Insight
$90 - $120k per year
