What You'll Do6
- 1Build therapeutic relationships with residents and families in long term care communities
- 2Design and deliver individualized treatment plans for mood anxiety and cognitive challenges in seniors
- 3Provide LMHC or Psychologist level psychotherapy and evidence based interventions
- 4Coordinate care with an experienced multidisciplinary team and support staff
- 5Document care in the EHR and ensure compliant administrative practices
- 6Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans to improve residents quality of life
Requirements7
- 1Active Florida license
- 2Licensed Master’s level clinician LMHC or Psychologist in Florida
- 3Experience working with seniors in long term care settings preferred
- 4Ability to work onsite in Winter Garden FL
- 5Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- 6Strong communication and ethical practice standards
- 7Comfort with flexible scheduling and travel to communities as needed
