What You'll Do11
- 1Design and deliver individual psychotherapy group therapy and family therapy using evidence-based tools
- 2Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings for level of care placement
- 3Complete Baker Act involuntary examination forms for individuals meeting criteria
- 4Adhere to Florida mandatory reporting laws and agency documentation standards
- 5Utilize Electronic Health Records for billing and clinical documentation
- 6Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated treatment plans
- 7Participate in ongoing improvement and utilization review activities
- 8Maintain professional conduct and meet all deadlines
- 9Provide culturally competent care in Haitian Creole preferred setting
- 10Lead transition and discharge planning for clients
- 11Perform risk assessments for crisis and self-harm
Requirements8
- 1Valid LCSW or LMH license in Florida
- 2Minimum 5+ years experience in clinical practice
- 3Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipelines
- 4Certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy
- 5Ability to relocate to Lauderdale Lakes Florida before start date
- 6Strong communication skills in English and Haitian Creole
- 7Experience with behavioral health compliance and incident reporting
- 8Commitment to ethical healthcare standards and agency protocols
