Overview

What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to older adults in senior living settings
- 2Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and craft personalized care plans
- 3Partner with families, caregivers, and facility staff to ensure seamless continuity of care
- 4Document all clinical interactions with accuracy, meeting ethical and legal standards
- 5Develop and launch community outreach initiatives that expand access to mental health support
- 6Engage in weekly team meetings and ongoing clinical training to sharpen your skills
Requirements5
- 1Hold LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or Psychologist licensure in North Carolina
- 2Demonstrate 2+ years of clinical experience, with geriatric mental health experience a plus
- 3Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity in diverse settings
- 4Show entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to create and shape new therapy programs
- 5Express passion for improving mental health care in underserved senior communities
