What You'll Do5
- 1Build and manage physical and digital filing workflows to ensure documents reach the correct recipient
- 2Prepare copies, postage, banking, and mailing for court filings and client documents
- 3Monitor off-site e-filing progress and resolve bottlenecks to maintain deadline-driven momentum
- 4Spot errors and address delays to maintain high-volume accuracy
- 5Assist with client intake, document prep, and file setup as needed
