Own case management for family law and probate matters at a Best of Las Vegas firm, handling 3+ years of caseloads with minimal supervision. Work alongside two attorneys and a legal assistant, managing discovery, pleadings, and client communications. This role offers direct exposure to trial preparation and settlement negotiations, with a path to expand into estate and bankruptcy work. You will own a caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and property division, at Cervone Law P.C. in Phoenix. You will handle cases from intake through trial, with direct client contact and courtroom advocacy. The firm pairs you with senior attorneys for strategic guidance, but you will independently manage discovery, drafting, and hearings. This role stands out for its mix of trial and appellate work, plus a clear path to grow your skills in a collaborative, on-site team.
