What You'll Do9

  • 4Conduct and defend depositions in family law litigation.

  • 6Manage case files, track deadlines, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
  • 7Handle disclosure and discovery independently, including drafting discovery requests and responses.
  • 8Meet a baseline of 1,250 billable hours per year while maintaining high-quality work.
  • 9Collaborate with senior attorneys on appellate matters, including drafting briefs and preparing for oral argument.

Requirements9

  • 1Active Arizona law license in good standing.
  • 22-5 years of experience handling family law matters.
  • 3Strong foundation in family law, including Arizona Revised Statutes and local court rules.
