Overview
Lead a multi shift Lot Operations team at ADESA in Rio Linda coordinating daily lot activity for vehicle flow at auction sites. Own team performance, safety, and SOP adherence while partnering with multiple departments to ensure timely pre-sale readiness. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead, manage, and hold the Lot Operations team accountable for daily performance
- 2Coordinate daily activities to ensure vehicles are in the correct location and ready for the auction
- 3Delegate tasks and distribute workloads to meet pre-sale and lot maintenance timelines
- 4Oversee onboarding and training of new team members in SOPs safety protocols and systems
- 5Conduct daily inspections to ensure lot appearance cleanliness and maintenance standards
- 6Assist with inventory management locating numbering and moving vehicles and confirming VINs and data accuracy
- 7Ensure department safety compliance and promote high safety focus during all lot movements
- 8Maintain equipment and assign cleaning tasks to keep the lot orderly
- 9Collaborate with other departments to schedule daily lot movement
- 10Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- 23–5 years of automotive or auction experience is preferred
- 3Proficiency with computer systems inventory applications and scanning devices
- 4Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
- 5High School diploma or GED required
