What You'll Do10
- 1Build safe, efficient vehicle movement by transporting and staging units across the lot
- 2Design and maintain accurate staging order to meet sale day needs using alphanumeric cues
- 3Lead by example in safe operations and report hazards or incidents promptly
- 4Ship vehicles from finish line to parking spots to optimize lot flow
- 5Own inventory tracking by scanning parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system
- 6Scale operations by assisting with maintenance tasks such as jump starting vehicles when required
- 7Drive in varying weather and lot conditions while adhering to policy and procedures
- 8Debug and resolve minor issues with vehicle placement and lot organization
- 9Drive collaboration with multiple departments to support auction activity
- 10Drive adherence to state and federal laws and company procedures
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driverest license
- 3Able to drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes
- 4Automotive or auction experience preferred
- 5Proficiency with computer systems and applications
- 6Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- 7Basic physical ability to perform standing, bending, lifting, and moving as required
- 8Must be able to operate in outdoor and indoor environments and tolerate varying weather conditions
