Lot Driver II, ADESA Concord & ADESA Chile Ops
Overview
The Lot Driver II will move and stage vehicles across the lot to support auction activities at ADESA locations. You will operate motor vehicles in a safe manner and coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate inventory and efficient workflow. You will join a team focused on a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and contribute to reliable vehicle movement and lot organization. This role emphasizes safety, attentiveness, and collaboration across departments.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and coordinate lot driving activities to move and stage vehicles accurately
- 2Monitor lot workflow and provide direction to ensure efficient operations
- 3Operate vehicles safely with cautious driving practices
- 4Move, stage, and park diverse vehicles across designated areas during shift
- 5Inventory accuracy by scanning vehicles in the Internal Tracking system
- 6Provide technical support such as jump-starts using a battery box when needed
- 7Maintain safe work areas and report any incidents or hazards promptly
- 8Adhere to company policies and state or federal regulations
- 9Perform other duties as assigned by management
- 10Support cross-functional teams to improve lot processes and customer experiences
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license
- 3Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes and models
- 4Automotive or auction experience preferred
- 5Proficiency with computer systems and applications
