What You'll Do11
- 1Lead day‑to‑day execution of threat remediation activities to prioritize and resolve cybersecurity threats
- 2Coordinate remediation across detection incident response and vulnerability management teams
- 3Translate threat data into actionable remediation plans with technical owners
- 4Track remediation progress validate completion and identify systemic control gaps
- 5Partner with SOC Cloud Services Infrastructure Engineering GRC Legal stakeholders to align remediation with regulatory requirements
- 6Support investigation and remediation of high‑severity threats during active incidents
- 7Maintain accurate remediation reporting metrics and status updates for leadership
- 8Drive continuous improvement of threat remediation processes and handoffs
- 9Escalate material risks blocked remediation or cross‑organizational issues to Senior Manager Threat Remediation
- 10Manage competing priorities and escalate risks appropriately
- 11Ensure compliance with GxP FDA 21 CFR Part 11 EMA HIPAA GDPR and other relevant regulations
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Security Engineering or related field with 4+ years cybersecurity experience OR Master's with 2+ years experience
- 2Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK incident response and containment strategies
- 3Experience with vulnerability management and remediation workflows
- 4Cloud security expertise AWS Azure GCP
- 5Familiarity with SIEM SOAR EDR/XDR vulnerability scanners ticketing systems
- 6Ability to translate threat data into clear remediation plans
- 7Proven experience in agile environments collaborative mindset adaptability and proactive problem solving
- 8Working knowledge of GxP FDA 21 CFR Part 11 EMA HIPAA GDPR regulations
- 9Exposure to cloud hybrid or large‑scale enterprise environments
- 10Experience supporting high‑severity incidents or enterprise‑wide remediation initiatives
- 11Certifications such as CISSP CISM GIAC or equivalent security credentials
- 12Understanding of security frameworks risk management practices and regulatory expectations in pharma
