What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct assays and analyze results independently using LIMS
- 2Design and implement analytical methods for new product launches
- 3Train analysts on procedures and regulations
- 4Maintain lab records and ensure workspace organization
- 5Coordinate testing activities and resolve priority conflicts
- 6Develop change control processes and revise test methods
- 7Analyze data to interpret project outcomes
- 8Mentor team members in techniques and governance
- 9Perform equipment troubleshooting and validate instrumentation
- 10Ensure compliance with FDA and ICH standards
- 11Collaborate with manufacturing and regulatory affairs teams
Requirements5
- 1BS/BA in Chemistry or Biochemistry with 6 years experience or MBA/MS with 4 years experience
- 26 years in Quality Control or pharmaceutical analytical roles
- 3Proficiency in Python and AWS for data analysis
- 4Experience with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipelines
- 5Ability to make independent decisions under pressure
