What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and deliver differentiated instruction to support student success in reading writing language math and other subject areas
  • 2Assess student progress using provided instruments and communicate results to parents and administrators
  • 3Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrators to address instructional needs and classroom issues
  • 4Differentiate classroom work and adapt lesson plans to meet individual student requirements
  • 5Direct student teachers instructional assistants volunteers and/or student workers to ensure effective classroom program
  • 6Monitor student behavior and safety across classrooms campus and field trips to maintain a positive learning environment
  • 7Prepare written materials such as grades attendance and anecdotal records to document progress
  • 8Participate in PLC teams and school meetings to review data and instructional practices
  • 9Respond to emergencies and inquiries from parents teachers and staff to resolve issues and provide guidance
  • 10Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with district policies and procedures
