DAAPS Coordinator .2 Shadow Mountain HS

The LD Resource Teacher .2 added section will support high school academics and skill development at Shadow Mountain High School with direct instruction and collaboration across staff. The role focuses on differentiated instruction, progress monitoring, and communication with families. This interim position contributes to district goals of improving student outcomes within established curricula.

This role owns classroom instruction and student progress for Grade 6 at Desert Shadows Elementary School. You will develop lesson plans, deliver instruction, assess student performance, and collaborate with teachers and families within established curriculum guidelines. You will supervise students, manage behavior, and facilitate engaging learning experiences in a safe environment. The position emphasizes partnership with PLCs, meetings, and documentation to support school improvement goals.

The Instructional Assistant will support certificated teachers by working with students in small groups and individually to reinforce learning objectives at Ashland Ranch Elementary. This onsite role assists with lesson delivery, classroom organization, and clerical tasks to maintain accurate student records. You will collaborate with the school team to promote a safe positive learning environment and help students reach their academic goals.

Lead regional special education systems for PreK–12 with a primary focus on high school practices while providing targeted support to PreK–8. Drive alignment with IDEA, state statutes, and district policies across campuses. Influence instructional practices, compliance, and transition planning for students with disabilities at scale. This role collaborates with site and district leaders to ensure consistent service delivery and continuous improvement.

Owns complex confidential administrative support for the high school principal and leadership team at a bustling campus. You will manage data, documents, schedules, and communications to ensure smooth operations across departments.
