IT Specialist User Experience
Overview
Lead enterprise endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot to secure and optimize laptop desktop and mobile device fleets. Architect and maintain remote application and desktop infrastructures including Azure Virtual Desktop and RemoteApp. Manage identity distribution groups via GroupID workflows. Integrate AI tools and evaluate Etherfax for enterprise communication. Resolve Tier 3 support for Microsoft Office 365 and remote desktop platforms.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and scale Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions with Intune and Autopilot to improve device security and performance
- 2Design and implement Remote Application and Remote Desktop infrastructure for secure end user access
- 3Automate group and process management using GroupID policies
- 4Administer enterprise faxing solutions integrating Etherfax technology
- 5Deploy AI-driven endpoint automation to enhance operational efficiency
- 6Maintain compliance through mobile device policy configuration and Apple federation setup
- 7Document technical configurations and create user guides for endpoint deployments
- 8Analyze and resolve Tier 3 escalation issues for Office 365 and remote desktop applications
- 9Manage system image builds and lifecycle deployment for Windows 11 Server 2022 and 2025
- 10Conduct PowerShell scripting for administrative automation and group process management
- 11Support Active Directory administration including DHCP DNS and login script configuration
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 4 years IT experience managing Windows endpoints with Microsoft Endpoint Management
- 2Minimum 3 years Azure Active Directory Office 365 Remote Application Remote Desktop experience
- 3Minimum 3 years PowerShell scripting proficiency
- 4Ability to manage GroupID automated processes
- 5Experience with Etherfax migration in enterprise settings
- 6Familiarity with Windows 11 Server 2022 and Server 2025 operating systems
- 7Knowledge of Active Directory domains DHCP DNS Group Policy Login Scripts DFS replication
- 8Advanced Windows 11 knowledge including registry profiles services and file structures
- 9Experience with HP JetAdmin for enterprise printer fleet management
- 10Demonstrated ability to migrate and support enterprise printer fleets
