Enterprise Endpoint Engineer (Intune Experience)
Overview
Owns device deployment security compliance automation and troubleshooting for enterprise Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID. Works in a regulated environment to ensure high availability and audit readiness.
What You'll Do12
- 1Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Microsoft Intune-managed environments including device configuration policy application and compliance failures
- 2Build image configure deploy and maintain Windows workstations and peripherals using gold images and templates
- 3Administer Active Directory sourced user and computer objects providing continuous compliance oversight via Group Policy
- 4Procure track and maintain software products and licenses up to date
- 5Design implement and maintain Microsoft Intune endpoint management solutions such as Autopilot zero-touch provisioning
- 6Automate build processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph where appropriate
- 7Identify prioritize and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities using enterprise management and security tools
- 8Navigate and resolve security and compliance challenges including endpoint hardening policy enforcement and audit readiness
- 9Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff while maintaining high customer service standards
- 10Troubleshoot Windows operating systems peripherals printers and endpoint hardware
- 11Contribute across endpoint engineering user support compliance and operational initiatives
- 12Continuously improve endpoint management processes through automation standardization and operational excellence
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment
- 3Ability to obtain public trust clearance
- 4Self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools
- 5Proven ability to independently resolve issues improve operations and operate with a growth mindset
- 6Understanding of regulatory controls baselines and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune environment such as CIS benchmarks and STIG
