What You'll Do11
- 1Take calls from prospective customers and issue new auto and homeowner insurance policies
- 2Conduct needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverages
- 3Respond to underwriting requests to complete sales applications promptly
- 4Service existing customers through risk assessments and coverage reviews
- 5Enter transactions and data using multiple computer systems
- 6Troubleshoot customer complaints and implement solutions
- 7Mentor team members and provide training resources
- 8Maintain accurate account documentation and follow-up actions
- 9Obtain and maintain required insurance sales licenses across multiple states
- 10Deliver consultative sales conversations and convert opportunities
- 11Analyze cross-sell and additional coverage opportunities
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year business experience
- 2Prior sales experience preferred
- 3Excellent verbal communication skills
- 4Valid insurance sales licenses in home state and required states
- 5Ability to work rotating Saturday shifts 10am-2:30pm MT
- 6Commitment to remote work flexibility
