What You'll Do8
- 1Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- 2Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- 3Build ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers
- 4Ask each customer for referrals and explain the referral program
- 5Return all phone messages promptly
- 6Maintain knowledge of new products and services
- 7Utilize provided leads and attend daily huddles to refine sales strategies
- 8Participate in sales incentives and weekly bonus opportunities
Requirements7
- 1Property Casualty insurance license preferred, with licensing assistance available
- 2Life Health insurance license preferred, with licensing assistance available
- 3Genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
