Inside Sales Representative (Korean Bilingual) - Entry Level
Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own the sales support process for building material products across North and South America and Europe. You will work directly with customers, vendors, and headquarters to manage orders, quotes, and shipping coordination. This role is the operational backbone of the sales team, handling everything from daily communications to financial reporting. You will use QuickBooks and Excel to track transactions and generate reports. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates looking to grow in a global sales environment.

- 1Manage daily email communications, task tracking, and meeting preparation.
- 2Prepare quotations, shipping documents, purchase orders, and invoices.
- 3Monitor purchase order progress, production schedules, and shipment timelines.
- 4Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve order issues.
- 5Process fund disbursements, payroll-related payments, and vendor payments.
- 6Handle accounts receivable, remittance schedules, and weekly/monthly financial reports.
- 7Complete month-end closing tasks and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
- 8Reconcile bank and AMEX statements.
- 9Support HR and internal approval processes as needed.
- 10Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Requirements7
- 1Korean and English bilingual proficiency (written and spoken).
- 2Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- 4Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 5Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- 6Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
- 7Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
