Bilingual Inside Sales Rep, Customer Service
Overview
You will own the full customer experience for Rally, Inc., a Houston-based medical supply distributor with 35+ years in the industry. You will handle inbound calls and emails, process orders, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships with healthcare clients. Working on-site with a close-knit team, you'll partner with warehouse, procurement, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accuracy. What You'll Do8
- 1Handle inbound calls and emails to assist customers with orders, pricing, and product availability, aiming for first-call resolution.
- 2Process orders accurately using the company's management system, checking stock levels and confirming details.
- 3Proactively follow up on open orders and delivery timelines, keeping customers informed of any changes.
- 4Identify and propose cross-sell and upsell options based on customer needs, using product knowledge and history.
- 5Resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate manager.
- 6Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and vendors to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery, resolving discrepancies.
- 7Maintain detailed customer records and order history in the CRM, entering data accurately after each interaction.
- 8Support the sales team with account management tasks, such as preparing quotes, updating pricing, and tracking renewals.
Requirements8
- 1Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, with the ability to switch languages seamlessly.
- 21+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in a phone-based role.
- 3Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette, including active listening and clear articulation.
- 4Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, with a focus on error-free data entry.
- 5Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple calls, emails, and orders simultaneously.
- 6Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- 7Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills, turning complaints into positive outcomes.
- 8Preferred: experience in medical supply or healthcare distribution, knowledge of GPO contracts or B2B order processing, or background in outbound sales or upselling.
