You will own customer service and inside sales for a dual-glazed window manufacturer in Whittier, CA. What You'll Do7
- 1Answer inbound calls and resolve customer questions or concerns within the first 30 days.
- 2Call new and potential clients to generate sales leads and book appointments.
- 3Input and track orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- 4Submit daily and weekly reports on call volumes and sales metrics.
- 5Meet with production, logistics, and management to solve issues affecting customer satisfaction.
- 6Develop deep product knowledge of dual-glazed windows and related lines to advise clients.
- 7Support the team with additional tasks as assigned, from filing to scheduling.
Requirements8
- 1Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
- 21+ years in customer service or inside sales, ideally in manufacturing.
- 3Outgoing personality with excellent people skills and phone etiquette.
- 4Strong work ethic, able to work independently and in a team.
- 5Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure and deadlines.
- 6Flexible and open to learning new products quickly.
- 7Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
