What You'll Do8
- 1Open and close the store independently, managing daily operations from start to finish.
- 2Receive customer packages, verify contents, and log them correctly in the system.
- 3Create new shipment logs and generate labels using Microsoft Excel and shipping software.
- 4Service 1-2 clients per hour, answering questions and resolving shipping issues.
- 5Escalate complex customer concerns to team members for prompt resolution.
- 6Maintain organized records and meet daily deadlines for package processing.
- 7Communicate clearly in Spanish and English to assist a diverse customer base.
- 8Ensure package accuracy by cross-referencing tracking numbers and addresses.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of customer service experience in a retail or logistics setting.
- 2Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English for written and verbal communication.
- 3Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking shipment information.
- 4Self-sufficient and able to work independently during opening and closing shifts.
- 5Strong organizational skills to manage multiple packages and meet deadlines.
- 6Reliable with a consistent work history and attention to detail.
- 7Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds if needed.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 9Open availability Monday through Friday and Saturday shifts.
