Procurement Coordinator, Korean Bilingual
Overview
You will own the procurement process from purchase order issuance to delivery and closeout, coordinating with vendors, U.S. teams, and headquarters in South Korea. You will track orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain records, working in a global IT service provider. The role requires bilingual Korean-English fluency. You will shape vendor relationships and support cross-border communication, with training provided on systems and procedures.

- 5Maintain vendor records, quotations, and agreements, supporting professional relationships.
- 6Coordinate with internal departments to clarify purchasing needs and approval status.
- 7Support communication between U.S. teams and headquarters in South Korea.
- 8Review purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to identify discrepancies.
- 9Prepare purchasing summaries and order-status reports for management.
- 10Assist with audits, compliance documentation, and process updates.
Requirements9
- 1Korean-English bilingual proficiency, professional verbal and written.
- 2Some experience in a corporate, professional, or administrative office environment.
- 3Experience coordinating with international headquarters, particularly South Korea.
- 4Familiarity with purchase orders, quotations, invoices, or vendor documentation.
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 6Ability to manage multiple assignments and track pending items.
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- 8Experience with an ERP, procurement, or accounting system is helpful.
- 9Legal authorization to work in the United States.
