What You'll Do10
- 1Lead wellness and nursing-related programs aligned with organizational policies and care standards
- 2Assess resident health needs and coordinate appropriate care plans
- 3Partner with physicians families and care teams to support continuity of care
- 4Monitor wellness indicators identify concerns and escalate issues
- 5Support medication management processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- 6Supervise coach and support nursing or wellness team members
- 7Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement efforts
- 8Promote respectful engaging supportive environment for residents and team members
- 9Assist with staff education training and wellness initiatives
- 10Respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations and coordinate next steps
Requirements5
- 1Current nursing licensure in good standing
- 2Experience in nursing leadership wellness coordination senior living healthcare preferred
- 3Strong clinical judgment communication and organizational skills
- 4Ability to build positive relationships with residents families and team members
- 5Knowledge of care planning documentation standards and regulatory compliance expectations
Salary Insight
$75 - $85k per year
