IGR Practice Support Specialist

What You'll Do11
- 1Support lawyers and business professionals with records management onboarding training and daily system guidance
- 2Identify classify audit maintain retrieve circulate digitize and update physical and electronic records
- 3Coordinate file circulation database updates retention notations global moves and post due follow up
- 4Facilitate off boarding and matter close out involving retention transfer disposition and compliance review
- 5Maintain secured storage spaces manage projects like destruction file clearance transfers and office moves
- 6Provide guidance on email filing document filing and enterprise record management systems
- 7Collaborate with IGR leadership colleagues and vendors to deliver responsive service
- 8Escalate operational concerns to the IGR Manager as needed
- 9Support firmwide client service initiatives and assume additional responsibilities
- 10Travel twice monthly to San Francisco and periodically to Los Angeles and Denver
- 11Work a hybrid schedule requiring four days in office and one remote day

- 5Ability to train and guide others through one-on-one and standup sessions
- 6Flexibility to work before or after normal hours as needed
- 7Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 8Open mindset toward technological change especially generative AI integration
- 9Bachelor’s degree in legal information management or related field
- 10Master’s degree in information science preferred
- 11Proficiency with iManage Work iManage Records Manager and Microsoft 365 applications
- 12Experience with records administration processes and compliance requirements
